Only one account is allowed per company or organization unless prior approval has been granted directly by our administrators. We currently offer several payment programs. The payout rates are subject to change without notice. Additional programs may be introduced and will be governed by these Terms & Conditions.

We will pay you for signups to the program website(s) received from a banner(s), text link(s) or blind link(s) served from your website. The amount you are paid is listed in section 3 above and & is subject to change without notice.

We DO NOT ACCEPT surfers from the following countries: Andorra, Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Brunei Darussalam, Brazil, Belarus, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Estonia, Egypt, Finland, Fiji, Grenada, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, India, Iceland, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Cayman Islands, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Malta, Mauritius, Malaysia, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Oman, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Pakistan, Poland, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Paraguay, Romania, Russian Federation, Singapore, Slovenia, El Salvador, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Trinidad & Tobago, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, South Africa, Zimbabwe. Traffic from the mentioned countries WILL be redirected and you will not be reimbursed or paid in any way for those surfers.

Encouraging membership termination or cancellation, or engaging in any other promotional activities which we deem fraudulent will subject your account to termination and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

Nothing in this agreement shall obligate the you to advertise our sites. In the event that you elect to advertise and display links to our sites you represent that your promotional activities will in no way degrade or negatively portray NaughtyConnect or the sites that we make available to you for promotion. Negatively portraying our sites is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

Payments are sent every Monday for the week ending 7 days prior. You will only be paid if your account balance is at least $100.00. In the event that the scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, payments will be issued the following business day.

E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, social networks, blogs, forums and IRC. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.

The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account: child pornography, bestiality, incest, violence, spam, and warez.

While we encourage you to join any or all of the sites you can promote, no payment will be issued if it is found that you attempted to earn credits with us by signing up for the site. This constitutes cheating and will result in forfeiture of any funds owed that account.

You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, join venture, franchise, or employment relationship between you and us. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contracdict anything in this section. You are not an agent of the Program, and we expressly disclaim responsibility for any conduct by you in violation of this Agreement.

We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with our hosting equipment, technical errors or any other unforseeable circumstances.

Our files will prevail in determining all statistics including but not limited to the amount of valid hits, signups, referrals, cancellation, credits and any commissions or referral fees owed to any Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement. Any discrepancies or errors must be brought to our attention within 30 days or they will be deemed permanently waived.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement.

We make no representations regarding the amount of income you can or will generate by promoting our products. Individual results vary.

We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsee admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

All monies are paid by in U.S. dollars.

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application to join the Program, and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice sent to your email address (as listed in our records) is considered sufficient notice of termination of the Agreement. If the Agreement is terminated because you have violated any of the terms of the Agreement, any balance in your account will be forfeited. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. While we may make reasonable efforts to notify you of substantive changes to this agreement, It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure that any changes are noted.

You must agree to notify us of any complaints you get in regards to your marketing of naughtyconnect.com.

We reserve the right to reject orders due to the possibility of fraud and not pay you for those sales or in extreme cases ban you without pay. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent per trial sales, adjust your trial payment amount should your traffic convert poorly and/or change your payment plan from per trial to per sale or revshare. Per trial webmasters will have payment held until a minimum of two (2) sales have been processed through their affiliate ID.
